Who can see your wishlist depends on its visibility setting. Wishpicks has three: Public, Anyone with the link, and Invite only.
New wishlists start as Anyone with the link. Anyone you give the link to can open it, but it doesn't appear on your profile and search engines don't index it.
The three visibility settings
Public — Anyone can view it, and it also shows on your public profile. It still won't appear in any browse, feed, or search surface on Wishpicks — people reach it through your profile or a shared link. You need to be signed in to choose this option.
Anyone with the link (the default) — Anyone you send the link to can open and view it. It's not shown on your profile, not browsable, and not indexed by search engines. People only find it if you share the link.
Invite only — Only you and the people you specifically invite can see it. Everyone else gets a "No Access" page, and the link preview is hidden.
Good to know
New wishlists default to Anyone with the link, not private. If you want to limit who sees a list, change the setting — see "How to make a wishlist private".
A wishlist set to Public or Anyone with the link can be viewed without signing in. Visitors get a read-only view and cannot add, edit, or delete anything.
Sharing a list for viewing is separate from inviting people to edit it. Letting someone help manage a list doesn't change who can see it, and you don't need to make a list private to add collaborators.
