Yes, Wishpicks is free to use. Creating wishlists, adding wishes, sharing them, and letting people reserve gifts all cost nothing. The one thing you can pay for is Wishpicks Plus, an optional subscription for price tracking.

Basic price tracking on partner stores. Wishes from stores Wishpicks works with can send you price-drop alerts, as long as Price drop alerts is switched on in your settings. It's off by default.
What Wishpicks Plus adds
Plus is the one paid extra, and it's all about price tracking. It doesn't let you buy gifts through Wishpicks. With Plus you can:
Track prices at any store, not only partner stores.
Track up to 50 items at a time.
Set your own drop percentage or a target price, wish by wish.
Get prices checked more often, about every 12 hours.
See price-history charts.
Get a weekly price recap by email.
Plus is available in every region. The price is set for your country, and you'll see it in the app before you subscribe.
Good to know
Wishpicks isn't a shop. Buying happens at the outside store, not here, so there's no purchase fee. See "Does Wishpicks sell products?".
You don't need Plus to save a price. Every wish records the price when you add it. Plus is about the ongoing updates, the history, and the custom alerts.
Free price tracking has no item limit, but it only covers partner stores, and only while Price drop alerts is on. The 50-item limit belongs to Plus.
Price-drop alerts arrive by email in batches, not one message per drop, and not in the app. Plus gets them more often than free does. See "How do price-drop alerts work, and how often are prices checked?".
You can cancel Plus anytime. Your tracked items keep working through the end of the period you've paid for.
