What to include
Size, colour, and variant. Wishpicks has no separate size, colour, or quantity field, so put these in the description or notes — for example, "size M, the navy version, two please."
The exact item. If the page shows several options, say which one you want so there's no guessing.
A reason, if it helps. A line like "this replaces my old one" or "the blue matches my kitchen" makes it easy for someone to choose confidently.
A backup or alternative. If a similar item would also work, say so — it gives gifters flexibility if your first choice sells out.
What to leave out
Your home address, above all. There's no address field on Wishpicks, and your description and notes are visible to anyone who can see the list, so on a public wishlist never type a home address.
