Open the wish on your wishlist and fill in its description, notes, priority, and tags. Those fields are what tell gifters exactly what you'd like.
Steps
Open the wishlist and select the wish.
Add the details you want:
Description for a longer note about the item
Notes for anything short and extra
Wish Priority to flag how much you'd like it: Top priority, Highly desired, or Would like to have. Leave it Unspecified if you'd rather not say.
Tags, short labels to group or describe the wish
Images, up to 5
Save your changes.
Good to know
Size, colour, and quantity have no field of their own, so write them into the notes or description. Something like "size M, navy blue, two of them" does the job. See "What should I write in a wish description?"
Don't put a delivery address in the notes on a public wishlist. There's no address field on Wishpicks, and whatever you type in the notes is visible to everyone who can see the list. Sort delivery out privately instead, with a line like "message me for delivery details." The Delivery and Addresses collection covers how.
Gifters can read your notes and description, and that's the point. Be specific and people pick the right thing.
Editing a wish's details needs Contributor access or higher; see "What is the difference between viewing and editing access?" in the Shared Wishlists collection.
