Yes: lists, sharing and reserving gifts on Wishpicks are free for you and everyone you share with; the only paid extra, Wishpicks Plus, watches prices at almost any shop.
You can make lists, add wishes, share them, invite people to help run a list and reserve gifts without paying anything. Price-drop alerts on wishes from partner shops are free too: see "How do I turn on price-drop alerts?".
How does Wishpicks make money?
From Wishpicks Plus, and from a commission some shops pay when someone buys through a Wishpicks link; you still pay the shop's normal price.
The note by a wish's shop button says so: "We may earn a commission on some links — you pay the shop's price." On a phone it's shorter: "We may earn a commission. You pay the shop's price." Amazon offers say "As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases."
What does Plus add, and how much is it?
Wishpicks Plus is a monthly subscription that watches prices on wishes from almost any shop, not only partner shops; the price for your region is on the Plus page and in Settings → Plus.
You also get:
your own alert on each wish: how big a drop counts, a target price, or both
a price history chart, so you can tell a real sale from a fake one
a weekly price recap email about the wishes you're watching
more frequent price checks
The price follows the country on your account, so check that it's right before you pay: "How do I change my language or country?" shows where.
How do I get Wishpicks Plus, and how do I pay?
Once you've signed in, tap Upgrade to Plus in Settings → Plus and pay on Stripe's checkout, in the currency of your account's country.
Stripe shows the payment methods available in your region.
Sign in, or sign up if you don't have an account yet.
Open Settings (on a phone, it's under your profile picture) and go to Plus.
Tap Upgrade to Plus, then pay on Stripe's checkout page.

Do the people I share my list with need Plus?
No. Nobody needs Wishpicks Plus to open your list, reserve a gift or help you edit it. Plus only changes how prices are watched on your own wishes.
