How will someone know where to send my gift?

Wishpicks has no delivery address field — share where to send a gift in a wish note or arrange it privately with the gifter.

Written by Wishpicks

Wishpicks has no delivery address field, so there's no box that stores or shows your address. You arrange where to send a gift through a wish note or a private message with the gifter.

Wishpicks helps people choose the right gift. It isn't a shop and doesn't handle shipping. Reserving an item just marks that someone plans to get it. They still buy it themselves at the store, then arrange delivery directly with you.

How it works

  1. A gifter opens your shared wishlist and picks an item to Reserve.

  2. They click through to the store and buy it there. Wishpicks never handles the purchase or the shipping.

  3. They sort out delivery with you. They can ship it, bring it in person, or ask where to send it.

Ways to share where to send it

Add a short line in the wish's description or notes, like "Message me for delivery details," and then share your address by text, chat, or email with the specific person sending the gift. The hint lives on the wishlist; the address never does. See Where should I write delivery information?.

Keep in mind

  • A wishlist set to Anyone with the link can be opened by anyone who has the link, so it's not the place for a home address. See Is my address visible to everyone?.

  • The gifter's reservation note stays hidden from you to protect the surprise, so don't rely on it to pass details back and forth.

  • For a safe way to coordinate, read How to safely share delivery details.
