Once you've signed in, tap your profile picture → My profile to edit your name, photo, bio, links and cover; your username's in Settings, and your email can't be changed.
Your profile is your public page at wishpicks.com/@yourusername. Changes save on their own, with a "Saved" message.
Steps
Open My profile from your profile picture menu.
Tap your photo to add one, or tap it and choose Replace or Delete to change it.
Tap your name or bio, type, and tap away to save. A name can't be blank: you'll see "Your profile needs a name."
Tap Add a link and paste the full address of a social profile, shop or website, like instagram.com/yourname; just @yourname gets "That doesn't look like a link." Tap a link to change or clear it.
Tap Add a cover, next to Share, and pick a photo. Later, Change cover on the photo swaps it.
Why isn't my wishlist on my profile?
Your profile's Wishlists and Collections sections show only what's set to Everyone, and a new wishlist is link-only, so it stays off your page. If nothing is public yet, you'll see "Nothing here is public yet" and Make a wishlist public. With one list, that opens its Who can see it setting; with more, it opens Wishes → Lists. The settings are explained in "Who can see my wishlist?".
Can I hide my profile?
No, you can't hide or lock your profile page, but lists and collections show there only once you set them to Everyone. Your name and username are always on it, plus any photo, bio, links and cover you've added, so leave out anything you'd rather keep to yourself.
Wishpicks asks search engines to leave profile pages out of their results, but a link you post somewhere public can still be found. What people see of you on a shared list is in "What can people I share my list with see?".
How do I change my username?
Change it under Username in Settings → Profile, and your profile address changes with it.
Tap the gear (Profile settings) on your profile, or your profile picture → Settings → Profile.
Type a new Username, using letters, numbers, "-", "_" or ".".
Tap away to save. You'll see "Saved", or "Username is already taken" if someone has it.
Old links to your profile then show "Nobody at @oldname", so update your link wherever you've posted it. Wondering about links to your lists? See "How do I find my way around?".
Can I change my email address?
No, you can't change the email on your account at the moment. Settings → Profile shows it under Email address, marked "Email is not editable at the moment". To keep your lists, sign in with that same address. Lost access to that inbox? See "How do I sign up or sign in?".
Tips
Before sharing your page, check it with View as visitor, then tap Back to editing.
Use the name and photo your friends know you by, so they're sure the page is yours.
Mention what you're into in your bio, like a hobby or a favourite shop, so people get ideas.
