- What is Wishpicks Plus, and what do you get?Wishpicks Plus is a paid upgrade for price tracking: track items at any store, set custom alerts, see price history, and watch up to 50 items.
- How do price-drop alerts work, and how often are prices checked?Wishpicks re-checks tracked prices and emails you when one drops enough. Plus checks about every 12h; free checks slower. Alerts are batched email, not instant.
- How do I turn on price-drop alerts and control the emails I get?Turn on Price drop alerts in Settings > Notifications — it's off by default. The same page controls your weekly recap and other emails.
- Will Wishpicks tell me when a sold-out item is back in stock?No — Wishpicks doesn't send back-in-stock or restock alerts. It tracks price drops only, and out-of-stock items don't trigger alerts.
- How do I set a target price or change when I get a price-drop alert?With Wishpicks Plus you can set a custom drop percentage or a target price per item, so an alert fires when either one is met.
- How do I cancel, pause, or change my Wishpicks Plus subscription?Manage Wishpicks Plus in the billing portal. You can cancel and keep Plus until the period ends, or pause for a free month once a year.
- What happens to my tracked items if my payment fails or I downgrade to free?A failed payment keeps Plus active while Wishpicks retries. After you downgrade, tracked items work for a 7-day grace period, then expire.
