Yes — your followers and the people you follow are both shown on your profile as counts and lists. To unfollow someone, open their profile (or find them in a following list) and choose Following to switch it back to Follow.
See who follows you
Open your public profile at your
/@handle.Open your followers list to see who follows you, or your following list to see who you follow.
Each row shows the person's avatar, name, and
@handle, plus a Follow button.
These lists are visible on any account's profile, so other people can see your followers and following too.
Unfollow someone
Open the person's profile, or find them in your following list.
The button shows Following because you already follow them.
Choose it to unfollow. It switches back to Follow, and their wishes drop out of your following feed.
A few details
You can't remove a follower. There's no option to block someone from following you or to make your whole profile private. To keep specific wishes out of view, set those wishlists to Invite only or Anyone with the link so they don't show on your profile. Following needs an account. You have to be signed in to follow people or see your following feed — guest sessions can't.
Unfollowing is quiet — the other person isn't notified. And if you tap unfollow when you already don't follow someone, nothing breaks; it just stays unfollowed.
