To add a wish from a photo, drop the photo into the Add Wish bar. Wishpicks attaches the image and reads it to fill in the wish name (and a short description) for you. You can edit everything before you save.
Steps
Open the wishlist you want to add to.
Add a photo to the Add Wish bar in one of three ways:
Click the photo icon (Add a photo) on the left of the bar and choose a file.
Paste an image you've copied (Cmd/Ctrl+V) while the bar is focused.
Drag an image file onto the bar and drop it.
Wishpicks opens a new wish with the photo attached and reads the image to fill in the name and, if you'd like, a short description.
Check what it filled in and edit anything you want. Add the price and store link yourself if you have them.
Save the wish.
What to expect
This creates a wish from a photo — it's not search-by-photo. The photo doesn't search for matching products. It opens a new wish with the image attached, and Wishpicks reads the picture to suggest a name and description.
It fills in the name and description only — not the price or store link. The photo never sets a price or buy link. Add those yourself if you want them.
Photos up to 5 MB. Bigger files are turned away with a "too large" message. Allowed types are JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, SVG, and BMP.
You can edit everything before saving. The form is fully editable, and Wishpicks only fills in fields you've left blank — it never changes what you've already typed. If a photo isn't a product, Wishpicks skips the suggestions and you just fill in the wish yourself; adding the photo never blocks you.
