Check your spam or junk folder first. That's where these end up most of the time. Then make sure you asked for the email at the address you actually use.
Steps
Search your whole mailbox, spam included, for "Wishpicks".
Check the address for typos, and check it's the one your account uses.
If you're waiting on a magic sign-in link, remember it only lasts about an hour. Past that it won't work even once you find it.
Request a fresh link from the sign-in page, then open the newest email rather than an older one.
Which emails to expect
Wishpicks sends you the magic sign-in link, price-drop alerts and other Wishpicks Plus emails, a digest of reservation activity on your lists, and the occasional account message. There's no separate "confirm your email" message to wait for. The magic link does that job.
Invitations are their own case. If someone invited you to help with their wishlist and nothing arrived, check spam and confirm they used the right address. They can send it again from the list's access controls, with Resend invitation next to your pending invite.
Still nothing? Contact support. We answer on business days, so weekend and holiday messages get picked up the next working day.
