- How do I create a Wishpicks account?Create an account by signing in with Google, Facebook, or an emailed magic link — there's no email-and-password signup.
- I can't log in — what should I check?Sign in with the same method and email you first used (Google, Facebook, or a magic link). Most login problems come from switching method or email.
- I didn't receive an email — what now?If a Wishpicks email like your magic sign-in link didn't arrive, check your spam folder and the address you used. The link also expires after about an hour.
- How do I change my email or profile name?You can change your display name in Settings → Profile, but your account email can't be changed in-app — it stays the address you signed up with.
- How do I delete my account?Delete your account in Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. There's a short grace window to cancel, after which deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- How do I change my notification and email preferences (and turn off emails)?Manage your email toggles in Settings → Notifications, or use the Unsubscribe link in any email. That's where you turn optional emails on or off.
- What happens when I delete my account — can I get it back?Deleting starts a short grace window where you can cancel. After it ends, your account and all your data are permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
- How do I change my language, country, or the currency I see?Change the interface language from the language dropdown or Settings → Profile. Change your country on the choose-region page. Currency always follows the country.
- How do I sign in — which login methods are supported?Sign in with Google, Facebook, or an emailed magic link. There's no email-and-password login. You can also browse as a guest without an account.
- Why can't I change my email address?Your account email is tied to the way you sign in (Google, Facebook, or magic link), so it can't be changed in-app. You can still change your display name.
